Meesapulimala is the second highest peak in South India. It has been declared a UNESCO world heritage site as it is a hot spot of biodiversity. Meesapulimala stands at a height of 2,640 metres above sea level and it offers an amazing trekking opportunity to explore nature at its best. The trek to Meesapulimala is along the beautiful Rhodo Valley where you can see a lot of Rhododendrons flowers. This is the only valley in South India where you can see this flowers. Once you are at the top of Meesapulimala, you can witness the panoramic view of the vast plains of Tamilnadu, Yellapetty, Kolukkumalai hills, Top Station, Kurangini, Kurinji waterfalls, Mattupetty dam, Anayirangal reservoirs and the spectacular Anamudi hills.
