In this list ance again now Kerala became the home of <strong>World&#8217;s Tallest Shiva Linga<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Recently, the Shiva Lingam of <strong>Chenkal Maheswaram Sri Sivaparvathi Temple<\/strong> in <strong><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"Thiruvananthapuram (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/www.keralatourism.holiday\/travel-guide\/trivandrum.php\" target=\"_blank\">Thiruvananthapuram<\/a><\/strong> district of <strong><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"Kerala (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/www.keralatourism.holiday\/index.php\" target=\"_blank\">Kerala<\/a><\/strong>, measuring a record height of <strong>111.2<\/strong> feet has made an entry into the <strong>India Book of Records<\/strong> for being the tallest Shiva Lingam in the world. Not just its height but its unique cylindrical structure and the remarkable surprises concealed inside it are a wonder to gaze at. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Water, sand and soil from various holy places like <strong>Kashi<\/strong>, <strong>Gangotri<\/strong>, <strong>Rishikesh<\/strong>, <strong>Rameswaram<\/strong>, <strong>Danushkodi<\/strong>, <strong>Badrinath<\/strong>, <strong>Gomukh<\/strong>, and <strong>Kailash<\/strong> were also mixed with the construction materials. Inside this Shivaling one can experience the cosmic effect of the Shivling and also undergo meditation to enhance the power of the body chakras. This magnificent construction has been recently adjudged by <strong>India Book of Records<\/strong> and <strong>Asia Book of Records <\/strong>as tallest Sivaling so far. Inside this Shivling, there are 8 floors. Each floor inside this Maha Shivling is dedicated to meditation at the Shadadharas or energy centers in the human body for rejuvenation. This is based on the fact that \u201c<strong>one should worship his own god<\/strong>\u201d. Anyone entering the Maha Shivling chanting \u201c<strong>PanchakPanchakshari Mantra<\/strong>\u201d will attain self-realization or Aham Brahmasmi\u201d at the Sannidhi of Shiva-Sakthi Swaroop at Kailash which is the top-level inside this Shivling.
